Who We Support

We open our doors to transitioning youth and parents requiring extra stability and support. Our programs empower those courageously building their independent lives.

We support looked-after young people ages 16-25 – including those in foster care, residential placements, or unaccompanied asylum seekers – as they prepare to transition out of the care system.

We also assist care leavers between 16-25 years old who have left local authority care after being looked after for 13+ weeks after their 14th birthday.

Young people ages 16-25 with more complex needs find support in our programs as well. This includes those stepping down from children’s homes, those with diagnosed mental health conditions, young people exiting secure accommodation or custodial sentences, and those requiring extra stability.

Additionally, we support parents ages 16-25 who are assessed by children’s services regarding their parenting capacity. Our accommodation and programs allow them to reside with their child while receiving guidance in a supportive environment.
